The Leading Ladies Mentoring Forum

The Leading Ladies Mentoring Forum is a 12 months program where you can glean from the experiences of your mentor and other women on the various nuggets of godly leadership, submission, hospitality and personal development.
The program starts in September with an away weekend in the luxury of a five-star hotel and continues in expert mentoring monthly.

What to Expect
During our time together we will cover a variety of topics, but the goal for all our efforts (apart from relationship) will be increasing our spiritual effectiveness and our leadership potential. I believe your ability to lead others in biblical principles will be greatly enhanced. From the books we read and study, to our women to women discussion at each monthly meeting, you will experience a great deal of learning, stretching and growing personally.
We will work on projects both individually and as a group. Often we will laugh together and cry together without any inhibitions. Through our tears of joy and sorrow, we will gain practical insights into the value of vulnerability and accountability.
Topics to be discussed include but not limited to Leadership, Spiritual Disciplines, People skills, Attitudes, Women issues, Personality/ Potential, Priorities/Values, Evangelism, Motherhood, Ministry, Reflection, Understanding Ministerial Protocol.

Who Will Attend?
Women like you who want to improve their creative management, leadership and relationship skills and also Leaders who want to learn mentoring skills

Note Please:
Only twenty women at a time will attend the Leading Ladies Mentoring Forum and these will include: denominational leaders, church women group leaders, professional group leaders, pastor’s wives, entrepreneurs and managers.

If you want to fill up a Leading Ladies Mentoring Forum, you may reserve the entire 20 places for your group. The registrations are on a first-come-first-served basis.

Package
The Total Amount is £250 per person. This includes the Weekend Away at a 5 Star Hotel (Breakfast, Light Lunch and Proper Dinner served), Nine (9) Mentoring Books, and Eighteen (18) Application Guides

Follow Up Mentoring Sessions
The eight (8) remaining sessions will follow on every month usually the last Monday in each month at 7:30pm. The venue is 3, Herringham Road, Charlton, London, SE7 8NJ.

What Do I Bring?
As with any other Christian based teaching and learning forum, our references will be from the Bible.You will also need a pen, Notebook/journal. Camera ( If you have one to capture the memorable events at the Away Weekend!)

Who Will I Share The Hotel Room With?

Two persons will share each room.  You may request your roommate, but preferably someone you will be meeting for the first time to give you opportunity for mingling.

How much do I pay and what if I cancel?
A £100 (One Hundred Pounds Only) non-refundable deposit, per person, is required to reserve a room. Full payment of this must be made 25 days prior to your reserved date. Should you cancel within 25 days of reserved date; no refund will be given, however at any time your full payment can be applied to another person for the same date.

Payment can be made by a personal check or a credit card made payable to The Total Woman Ministries.
